We currently specialize in natural black slate and sandstone and we hope to offer more options in the future. Our stones are sealed for protection, to clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. It is not recommended to place unsealed engraving outside, as the unsealed portion of the stone can permanently discolor when exposed to sap, mold spores, and other outdoor elements. If you purchased a sealed clear coat, gold engraving, silver engraving, or sandstone, your stone is fully sealed and should be protected from normal outdoor elements. 

It is not recommended to use engraved stones as stepping stones, the stones should be for display use only. Although the stone can be displayed in the yard, the design work can create delicate areas between the engraving which could possibly break with too much force and therefore should not be stepped on.

Please allow up to three weeks for order processing and stone creation. Each stone is handcrafted and requires time to ensure quality. Shipping times can vary based on the size of the stone. More information on shipping estimates can be found in our shipping policy.

Due to the extra time required for responses and approval, we will only send a design preview to customers who request one or those who inquire about a custom design. In the case of custom requests, you will have the opportunity to review and approve the design before we proceed with engraving.
